Christmas 2017

Christmas greetings from Ron and Dee

2017 has brought trips to Raleigh (once for a genealogical conference), knee surgery, a retreat of Winsome Women at Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, visits from our son and daughter, and a regathering of all of us for Thanksgiving. Dee continues to enjoy quilting, Ron explores families past and present, and we both remain involved in our church and community.

We pray God blesses each of your families with his love and peace!

It is so great hearing from you and I love the family picture! Now that we are officially retired from 6 years of taking care of our grandsons, we look forward to traveling more and hopefully a visit with you can be planned either here or there.

    Dear Ron and Dee,

What a nice surprise to get your message today! Your family picture is beautiful! I am still working on getting Wheatland’s history organized. It is so good to hear from you and to see that you are both still well and busy. I hope that you have blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Ron and Dee – What a delight to get your Christmas greetings! That is a lovely picture of you and the family – and terrific that you could get together at Thanksgiving. We are doing well down here in NC and just got back from a trip to Michigan. (Looks like we got in to see folks shortly after the first big snow and left the state before the second big storm). All is well down here – thinking of you and hoping you have a terrific set of holidays. Laura and John
