Oh, Morgan, we miss you!

How quickly a bright light has left us! Our niece Morgan took her last breath while loved ones spontaneously filled her hospital room with song. She lived fully in her thirty-five years with us. Her dad, my brother Eddie, undoubtedly greeted her with great love and some wry remark. That apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Mom took satisfaction in her son getting a dose of Eddie, and from a daughter.

What can I say about Morgan? Her husband Max paid wonderful tribute to her as we gathered in her memory this past weekend. That is his story to tell.

I will share here a few pictures from times when our paths crossed all too briefly.

Indoor remembrances of Morgan’s life were held on Saturday, August 13, but an outdoor celebration has been postponed for better weather. Memories of Morgan still shine.
